Leave no breath uncontrolled……

“Enlightenment is the extended dogma of conscious breathing.”

Breathing is not just the part of common life, it is the base of one’s life. Conscious breathing on the other hand is the base of a healthy body and a healthy mind. Conscious breathing can be practiced, after learning about correct breathing, which is the proper inhalation and exhalation of air loop with the correct ratio plus metrics.

After this, when we are ready with the loops of breathing, we become aware of the process of breathing, be it the total breathing or the diaphragm breathing.

Breathing awareness is the over all deepening of the process of the correct breathing.After this, comes the third and the most important type of breathing, Conscious Breathing. It affirms your body valves, and gives space to your nerves to relax.

Conscious breathing is the creative intervention within the normal breathing process. This is like a little experiment with the simple process of inhalation and exhalation. In conscious breathing one must learn to hold breath at various levels of the breathing cycle.

Yoga is basically considered as the science of breathing, explained in various poses and postures plus mediating energy (meditation). It is a known fact there are various benefits of changing the duration and rate of breathing. As well as holding up breath at different phases.  This is deliberately done in order to effectively arbitrate the autonomous breathing mechanism. Overall, it offers a holistic growth of the mind, body and spirit.

There are dormant points in the human body, which are storehouses of positive energies, with such conscious system of breathing, mind activates these points creating positivity in the spirit.  Conscious breathing benefits at the unit level of the human body and mind. It helps with stress reduction and curing breath-diseases.
